Accredited Investors

Accredited investors and qualified purchasers may purchase the SVB DAO token to be a full participant in the DAO. The number of SVB tokens owned by any accredited investors and qualified purchasers will represent their pro-rata Limited Partner stake in the proposed investment vehicle that will invest as per the section “Our Approach / Use of Proceeds.”
